Dr. Edrea Jones

Edrea Jones

Dr. Jones grew up in Atlanta, Georgia where she received a bachelor of arts degree at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. Dr. Jones received her M.D. degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia, where she was awarded a medical research grant from the American Cancer Society in 1993. Dr. Jones completed her internal medicine residency at Emory University School of Medicine. She then spent three years as a hospitalist at Emory Crawford Long Hospital. She subsequently returned to training and completed a nephrology fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine, and is now a member of the Renal Physicians Association, the American Society of Nephrology, and the American College of Physicians.
